On average, people eat about 45% more meat per day than the USDA recommended amount . A reduction in meat consumption reduces your risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. The "First Fridays" themed events bring together Ballston Spa, Malta, Saratoga Springs and all the neighboring communities together for special happenings on the first Friday of the month throughout the year.
