Whether you're still planning your move to Saratoga County or have already arrived, you'll need to know where to find life's daily necessities.  We've put together a list of shopping centers and downtown areas where you'll find everything you might need, from clothes to appliances to jewelery.

• Clifton Park Center 22 Clifton Country Road in Clifton.  Take I-87 to Exit 9.

Hop on down a few exits from Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa or Malta to Clifton Park Center, also known as the Clifton Country mall, where you'll find more than 70 brand name stores, including Aeropostale, American Eagle, Gap, Banana Republic, and Payless Shoes. Stay for a bite to eat and choose from 15 restaurants.

• Wilton Mall 3065 Route 50 in Saratoga Springs.  Take I-87 to Exit 15.

Wilton Mall serves the Saratoga Springs area, and is convenient from any location within Saratoga County.  You'll find standard mall fare including clothes retailers, electronics and music stores, and jewelery centers.  You can even download their mall app here.  Wilton Mall is also home to a Regal Cinemas movie theater.

• Downtown Saratoga Springs

Take a short trip to Saratoga Springs and shop at any one of the fine local stores and boutiques in downtown Saratoga Springs.  There are a limited number of chain stores, so you'll find many stores with the unique style and local flair for which Saratoga is famous.

• Crossgates Mall 1 Crossgates Mall Road in Albany.  Take I-87 to the Crossgates Mall Exit.

Crossgates Mall bills itself as the Capital Region's "premier shopping, dining, and entertainment" destination.  With over 200 businesses, you'll be sure to find what you're looking for at Crossgates.  Stay for a movie at Regal Cinemas 18 with IMAX.

• Colonie Center 131 Colonie Center in Albany.  Take I-87 to Exit 2E.

Colonie Center features a variety of clothing stores and mall retailers, and they have just released their app that features a directory, events listing and special deals.  Click here to download it.
