The Saratoga is one of the most popular floor plans in our Carriage Home Collection, offering the increasingly popular single-story living.  It is a past winner in the Saratoga Showcase of Homes for Best Workmanship, Best Exterior Design, Best Landscaping, and Best Technology Awards. as well as runner-up in the Best Master Bath, Best Kitchen, and Best Interior Floor Plan Awards. 

We chose the Saratoga plan for the Showcase because of its appeal to those looking to eliminate the need to climb stairs. It is grand living all on one level which makes it suitable, as well, for all stages of life. The 2,200 square foot home includes 3 bedrooms, a Study, and 2 full baths.  Every bit of space is wisely used -- there's good traffic flow between rooms and we include built-in cabinetry in the mudroom and flanking the fireplace in the Great Room to help organize a busy lifestyle.
