The few minor warranty repairs we encountered were corrected immediately and by the most professional contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Our monthly utility bills reflect the quality of a custom built “energy efficient” home. It is readily apparent that Malta Development and your subcontractors take tremendous pride in their work.
