We had our home in Creekside Park built in 2009 by Malta Development and we love it! All in all, the process went smoothly. Communications between ourselves, Malta Development, and Beth Smith Realty made the biggest difference in the entire project. There were some weeks where we spoke everyday and sometimes several times a day. There were not a lot of “gray areas” in this entire process. Any and all questions we had were answered no matter how elementary or trivial from a construction perspective. Beth made herself available to us on our schedules and kept us at ease throughout. She really made us feel like we were her only clients! And I know that that is not the case!
