Shannon is the Office Manager at Malta Development. She and her brother, Wayne work very closely together as the next generation of the company. Shannon wears many hats but her main focus is on making the entire building process as stress-free and as pleasurable as possible.
Shannon works closely with each buyer during the building process. She guides customers through the on-site selection process, handles change orders and special requests, and coordinates the warranty program. She also conducts the Final Walk-Through and orientation. Our customers get to know her very well during the building process and beyond and appreciate her calm demeanor and sense of humor.
Shannon and her husband Mike live in Galway with their young children, a son and twin daughters.
