Ingredients:
2 cups water
4 large eggs, separated (you will use 2 of the yolks and all of the whites)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Chambord (a raspberry liqueur – this is optional)
1 tablespoon low-fat milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped and melted
